After many years of research looking for a honest reputable pool resurfacing company, I finally selected Sea Breeze Pool Services LLC. Sean, the CEO of Sea Breeze was the person that came to my property to give me an estimate on my wants and needs. He provided me with much wanted input, including pros and cons and he spent the time needed to answer all of my questions. I am so happy I selected this pool service company as they did an awesome job on my pool and pool deck. I have had many compliments from family and friends. It's important to note that Sean responded promptly throughout the entire remodeling process as well as his team. Pricing was competitive and quality was top notch. Thank you Sean and your team
We have a good-size older pool w/ multiple water features that need a lot of attention - and these guys continue to take good care of it. Daniel, Fabian, Nick and Kevin are professional, reliable and care about keeping our pool working and looking its best. Sean is an integral and hands-on owner, who follows-up on the service calls and genuinely wants to make sure we’re happy. Their excellent service is a great value. The prior pool service company was higher, and no-where-near as good as Sea Breeze’s service. We’ve come to trust Sea Breeze’s service, and appreciate our business relationship with them.
Another GREAT install by Seabreeze Pools. We needed our bowls replaced (American Pool and SPA bowls are JUNK and would not provide a quote to replace stay away from American Pool & SPA). We are so glad we found Sea Breaze. This company is everything we as consumers are looking for Respectful, Quality Work, Great Prices but most of all they show up and on TIME! Sean planned the project and Kevin did the install. We have 1 more planned upgrade we are planning for at the end of the year and Seabreeze will be part of that installation. As always Great Job Team Sea Breeze.
Fantastic job, should've done it sooner. Actually tried in January but we border a lake and the water table was too high then, can't risk a pop-up. Even with lake much lower now (May) they ran a pump for 48 hours before draining (and until re-filled), to extract ground water. Was empty no more than 3-4 hours. Acid wash also took care of dirty grey border tile grout , and calcium deposits around spa to pool waterfall. Looks as good as new, see half and half photos. Bright lime green is the acid working. Thank you Calvin!!
We have been trying to contact this office since 10:00 AM on 12/12/25 with no returned phone calls or emails. Yesterday, the pool technician, Terry, damaged our pool system, and since then Seabreeze Pools has gone completely silent. This lack of response after causing damage is extremely concerning. When a company breaks something and then avoids all communication, it raises serious questions about accountability, professionalism, and integrity. At this point, we are left with a broken pool system and no guidance, resolution, or acknowledgment from the company. The absence of customer service in a situation like this is unacceptable and stressful. If something goes wrong, do not expect timely communication or ownership. Based on our experience, be very cautious before trusting this company with your home or property. Sean Flanagan, I understand that you & your team was attending a funeral, and I did not expect a response from anyone during that time. That is not the issue. The issue is the repeated lack of responsiveness and transparency surrounding an incident caused by your service technician. The technician damaged our pool equipment and failed to disclose it in the weekly service report. Additionally, your office did not proactively contact us on Thursday when this occurred. That omission feels deceptive and unacceptable. We have been loyal customers for over two years and have referred others to your company. Unfortunately, this situation reflects a significant lapse in integrity. If we did not have cameras, we would not have known what happened. This is especially concerning given that during our very first month of service, another technician damaged our filter. Despite that, we extended grace and continued doing business with your company. Today, when we discovered that our pool equipment was damaged and the pool was not functioning, we reviewed our cameras and clearly saw your technician causing the damage. While he did eventually call later today to admit fault and apologize, we were told he could not fix the issue without approval and that the repair would be delayed until Monday. As a professional pool company, I fully expected this to be addressed immediately. Instead, your company once again failed in responsiveness and chose to delay correcting a problem caused by your own technician. This is deeply disappointing and does not align with the level of service or accountability we expect.
UPDATE TO THE BELOW The owner called me back to explain it was not fair to rate so low, when I had not actually had any service yet. (He makes a good point) He also said that he did not say he could not give me service but then went on to confirm that the person that would be assigned to my route would be too busy. So still confused, but he does have a good point that a 1 is too low for a review where I have not had any service yet. I was just upset and over reacted, because I am so tired of getting this kind of response, it's like nobody wants my business anymore. So I am changing my review to a 2, a 3 would be too high, because it would look like the business is concerned about getting my business and making my pool better, and that is absolutely not the case. =========== This company had me dizzy! I called for an estimate just now, but the rep said he was not sure they have the bandwidth to fit me on their schedule for regular service (he said they are pretty busy), but he then went on to say that they would be happy to come out and give me an estimate though for regular service. I had to actually explain why that would be a waste of my time. So strange. This world is going crazy!!
