The best and the worst from each platform. Both, always.
Chris, the owner of Water Creations, Inc. did our pool renovation and we could not be happier with the final result and renovation process. Chris was extremely knowledgeable, attentive to detail, offering design suggestions, always keeping us informed throughout the renovation. We greatly appreciate Chris’s professionalism as she made many site visits throughout the process. Chris’s renovation team were skilled in their craft, efficient, respectful of our home/yard and very pleasant to work with on a daily basis. They took real pride in their work and this expertise is reflected in our final pool result. We could not be happier with our pool’s final result and whole heartedly recommend, without any reservation, Chris and Water Creations, Inc. She is truly a Gem to work with!!!
Bad from the start – during the proposal process, the owner, Chris, complained to my partner about the time it was taking her to provide quotes for us for the different options we were considering Very little patience and our experience was that she talks down to the customer – when we would ask questions about the details of pool construction, filter, pumps, etc. she would become very impatient and seemed irritated When the pool was nearing completion and after we had already paid for 95% of the pool cost, which was over $56,000 , she demanded that we make the final 5% payment, less than $3000, or she stated she would stop all work immediately and not finish the pool. We had three major items still to be completed/resolved: The wrong pump was installed and needed to be replaced The plumbing in the pool equipment area was leaking, when asked about this she said it was a “warranty item” The final paint/coat for the pool deck had not been applied The State of Florida’s Attorney General website clearly states that consumers should not make a final payment to a contractor until all work is completed. With permits still pending we had no choice but to pay the $3000 before the job was completed. At this point my partner told her we were not pleased with her poor attitude and level of customer service, she then actually yelled back, “I’m sorry I didn’t kiss your a** enough.” This is an exact quote. Finally, after about 30 days after completion our pool heater was not working correctly so we contacted Chris. She immediately wanted to blame us and stated we probably didn’t keep the pool filter clean (we have a pool service and the filter was very clean, not to mention the pool was only about 30 days old). So we set up a warranty appointment with the company that services the heating unit. It turns out the gas flow level to the heater was not set up properly during the initial installation. Chris blamed this on everyone else but her company and refused to pay the $95 service charge from the warranty service company. So again, we had no choice but to pay the $95 invoice.
We had an amazing experience working with Chris. She listened to exactly what we wanted in our pool design and made the process as easy as possible. This was a big project and Chris made herself available at every turn to answer questions, listen to feedback, and communicate on the progress of the pool. We had other projects going on at the same time and Chris managed to navigate and help with the coordination so that all work could get done in a timely fashion. The work itself was superbly done, her team worked efficiently and effectively - we are pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the build. In the post-build phase, she remained available to us to help navigate operating the pool and optimize our experience and preferences. We’d recommend her for any pool building project and 100% would work with her again!
We simply had the best experience with Chris and Water Creations. We met with several vendors before deciding on Water Creations and we’ve not regretted it for a moment. Chris walked us through the entire process and was always there to assure answer questions and advise. We never felt pressured about anything and she made us feel like our project was important to her. She communicated with us throughout so we knew when each step of the construction process would occur and what to expect, she always came by to check subcontractors’ work, and if there was anything that she or we didn’t think was perfect she called her people back in to make sure it was. The end product is beyond even what we’d imagined and we couldn’t be happier. Chris has remained in touch to make sure we continue to be happy with our pool, and as 1st time pool owners, whenever we’ve had questions, no matter how trivial, she’s been right there at a moment’s notice. We’re so grateful for what was a very enjoyable pool build experience and we recommend Chris and Water Creations to anyone we talk to who mentions they’re considering installing a pool.
Water Creations of Casselberry: Florida licensed since 2001, 4.7 from 13 Google reviews, an owner-run builder whose customers single out the design work.
Water Creations works out of North Triplet Lake Drive in Casselberry and holds Florida contractor license CPC057354, current since December 2001 — twenty-five years, held throughout by the same qualifier. They describe themselves as family-owned, which no public record settles. What their reviews make plain is that this is an owner-run business in the fullest sense: the owner designs, quotes and runs the job, and every account here is about dealing with her directly.
New pool construction, renovation, spas and outdoor living. Design is where the accounts concentrate — customers describe being listened to and getting the pool they described rather than the one on offer. One says they met with several vendors before choosing Water Creations and have not regretted it. The one thing they publish almost none of is photographs: a single usable image, so you will have to ask to see finished work rather than judge it from the site.
Casselberry, Seminole County and across Central Florida on their own description. They publish no separate pages for individual towns, so confirm your own address by phone. One administrative note worth knowing if you check the license register yourself: their website shares a domain with two other pool companies, and licenses belonging to those businesses appear alongside theirs in the state records. The license they publish and trade under, CPC057354, is current and has been since 2001.
Google has them at 4.7 from 13 reviews, above the 4.52 average across Florida's builders. Thirteen reviews across twenty-five years is a thin record, so the accounts matter more than the average — and twelve of the thirteen are unreserved. What they describe repeatedly is the design conversation: "She listened to exactly what we wanted in our pool design and made the process as easy as possible," one writes. Another, three years on from their build, describes the materials and the craftsmanship as holding up. There is one dissenting account and it is about the same thing the others praise, seen from the other side: that customer describes the owner complaining about how long the quotes were taking, showing little patience with questions about construction, filters and pumps, and talking down to them. One review out of thirteen is not a pattern, and nobody else says anything like it — but it is the predictable failure mode of a business run by one person who does the design herself, and it points at the only question worth asking in advance. If you are the kind of customer who wants to interrogate the specification in detail, say so at the first meeting and see how that lands. The people who got on well here got on very well indeed.

Yes. Florida contractor license CPC057354 has been current since December 2001 — twenty-five years, held throughout by the same qualifier.
4.7 from 13 reviews on Google, above the 4.52 Florida average, though thirteen across twenty-five years is thin. Twelve of the thirteen are unreserved, and they concentrate on the design conversation — being listened to and getting the pool they described. One customer three years on describes the materials and craftsmanship as holding up.
One account, and it is the mirror of the praise. That customer describes the owner complaining about the time the quotes were taking, showing little patience with questions about construction, filters and pumps, and talking down to them. One out of thirteen, uncorroborated.
If you want to interrogate the specification in detail, say so up front and see how it lands. This is a business where one person does the design and the quoting, and that is what almost every customer values — and what the single complaint is about.
Barely — one usable image is published. Ask them directly for addresses of recent local builds.
Their website shares a domain with two other pool companies, so state records list those businesses' licenses nearby. The license they publish and trade under, CPC057354, is current and dates from 2001.
