They are experienced business people so they understand the value of service, strict schedules and outmost quality in their work. I had two pools fully done by them and i am fully satisfied with their work. Dagoberto and Justin will guide you in the whole project, give you options and advice. Before hiring Malibu pools I interviewed several companies, some were over the top with pricing and others to funky and informal. Malibu is reliable and priced well.

I am Constantly being strung along without resolution, over a simple fix that I have already paid for. My pool renovation was started over a year ago. they made multiple mistakes throughout the process. What still remains is an issue with the skimmer's weir flap. It’s running my pool pump down and is causing improper circulation which causes the pool to turn green. Despite my multiple texts to contact the owner, responses have been nothing more than to placate me without actually fixing the problem. It is a constant stressor. Happy to say Eddy reached out to me and responded with professional promptness, sending Emilio who definitely was very good. It appears the problem is finally resolved.

We recently bought and renovated a new home, and Nick and his team did an outstanding job bringing our backyard to life. They built our new pool, pergola, and outdoor kitchen, and now they also handle our weekly pool service. Nick was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company they can trust.

Malibu Pools was able to identify 3 leaks in our 42-year old pool that were running up our county water and sewage bill. We paid another company for a couple of leak repairs that did not solve the problem. All the staff members we spoke with at Malibu Pool were highly competent and the leak detection and repair service was performed promptly. We were especially grateful that the repair worker cleaned up all the debris from the repair work. Highly recommend this local company. Malibu Pools is our new go-to for any future repairs..
